When tradition is nowhere to be seen, it is our job to bring it back! Enlightened by the precious skills of our barber-in-chief Fabrice, our Brussels-based barber shop has worked hard to reenact through every gesture the protocol followed by traditional barbers from overseas. Establishing a solid barber culture in Belgium is one of our main goals, as well as our trademark.
Entertaining a tradition means passing it on through training. Our barber shop has seen many apprentices come and go after sharpening their barber skills under the benevolent, yet uncompromising, supervision of Fabrice, our barber-in-chief. Once done with their traineeship at Bayer & Bayer, they often follow their fate & open their own barber shop to pass on the tradition.
