If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please check the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

• Ask your local post office if they have your package.

• Stop by your neighbors to check if the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with neighbors, contact us at barbershop@outlook.be with your order number.

• Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to size, color, or other preference-based changes.

• Defective Items Only: Returns will only be accepted in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
